Virology Program

Our in vitro Virology Program can provide a comprehensive array of services to facilitate drug screening for antiviral activity against different viruses, including SARS-CoV, Hantavirus and HIV-1.

We provide services to governmental and commercial clients including GLP and non-GLP studies.

Low and High-Throughput screening of compounds are available in cell based assays.

Drug efficacy, toxicity and mechanism of action can be evaluated through current assays.

Current assays can be adapted or new assays can be designed and developed for automated screening systems based on the client needs.

We are implementing capabilities to provide:

• In vitro services for studies related to West Nile Virus, Dengue Virus and Rift Valley Fever Virus
• In vivo animal models to evaluate infection/drug screening/potential vaccines for SARS-CoV.
