Contract Administration
Brenda Ehrensperger was named Director of Contract Administration at Southern Research Institute in 1999, having previously served as Contracts and Pricing Manager for 11 years. Experienced in all aspects of contract administration, Ehrensperger is recognized for her knowledge of both federal contracting regulations and commercial business practices. Her staff consists of highly qualified contract professionals and attorneys who work with Southern Research clients to facilitate the execution of mutually acceptable contracting arrangements. The department maintains ISO 9001-2008.
Prior to joining Southern Research in 1981, she worked in an accounting position after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Ehrensperger has certifications in professional contract administration from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and the Society of Research Administrators. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
