Quality Policy Statement
Southern Research provides the highest quality products and services that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers, and that are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Southern Research has an institute-wide focus on and dedication to quality performance, continuous process and systems improvement, and the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
- Drug Development/Safety Assessment groups operate in accordance with national and international Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations. There are documented Quality procedures for planning, implementing, and performing internal ISO and GLP audits and inspections for continuous compliance monitoring.
- Each Quality group is represented by the Certified International Registry of Certified Auditors and/or Registered Quality Assurance Professionals (GLP Auditors). Each group provides ongoing training programs and performs quality audits in support of applicable standards and regulations.
